Who can play at Southern?
- Use the Official League Finder Address Lookup to look up the correct league for your address.
- Also, any child who attends one of these schools can play at SKSLL:
- Olalla Elementary - Mullenix Elementary - Burley Glenwood Elementary - Hidden Creek Elementary
- If you previously played at Southern but have moved out of our League's boundaries, you can still register to play here.
- Other exceptions may be granted upon completion of a waiver.
Other Important Notes:
- 5 and 6-year-olds can play Prep (Coach Pitch) if they have already played one year of Tee Ball.
- 8-year-olds are encouraged to participate in tryouts for Minors. Especially if they are showing proficiency at the Prep (Coach Pitch) level.
- 9 to 11-year-olds should register for Minors unless they were previously rostered on a Majors team.
- 9 to 11-year-olds who try out may be drafted to a Majors team. Parents may choose to keep them them in minors, if desired.
- All divisions begin practice in March with games starting around April 1st.
- Regular season games finish around June 1st, with a week long tournament through the middle of June.
- All-star tournaments (ages 8-16), for those selected to participate, extend the season through the second week of July.
