Help out with SKSLL....You'll be glad you did!!!

At South Kitsap Southern Little League we are always looking for volunteers and help. the only way we can be one of the premier Little League organizations in Kitsap County is the because of the generous giving's of those that support us.

Ways To Help:

Be an Umpire: Our umpire crew is managed by Dave Raney who oversees all of our Port Orchard Little League umpires. Dave has been involved with umpiring in some aspect for many years. If you think you might like to umpire for the best Little League in Port Orchard please contact the board and we will direct you to the right person.

Be a Manager/Coach: The competent coaching staff that handles all of the our teams is made up mostly of players parents with baseball experience. They all are overseen by our coaching coordinator Greg Rustad. Little League coaching is amazingly challenging and quite rewarding. If you are interested please contact our Coaching Coordinator at [email protected]

Field Maintenance: All of SKSLL's fields contain a lot of grass that is in need of constant care such as mowing, fertilizing, weeding along with fence maintenance and infield raking. By just donating a little bit of time helps greatly. This is a great way to contribute if you can't coach or umpire but want to help out. It makes a world of a difference.

Team Mom: Each team needs a volunteer to become the communication liaison between the managers, the parents and even the organization. Behind every great manager is a great team mom.

Concessions: SKSLL has a wonderful concession stand full of some really yummy items. We pride ourselves in having one of the best burgers in the league. Proceeds from the concession stand help SKSLL in so many different ways but in order to maintain those proceeds we need some help during season to manage the grill and the window. At every game we are always looking for some volunteers, especially those with a grilling experience.

The Board of Directors: Our BOD is comprised of a group of dedicated volunteers who oversee SKSLL's success in Little League. We welcome all parents to attend each meeting so that if they want to know what is going on they can. We love meeting new people and especially love new ideas.

You are Invited and Encouraged to Attend our Board Meeting

We have meetings twice a month

on the 1st & 3rd Mondays of every month

@ SKSLL Clubhouse , 6:30pm

Coming together is a beginning...

Keeping together is a progress...

Working together is success.
